Service Description

This class is for individuals struggling with managing their anger. A licensed behavioral health professional will assist you in healthily managing your anger. This class will give you the tools to help you overcome personal issues involving anger through behavioral techniques. This class presents a series of psychoeducational material as well as discussion of the material. Participants always remain anonymous for all who choose to discuss material.
