Service Description

This class is for individuals struggling with difficult emotions. A licensed behavioral health professional will assist you with managing those difficult emotions through inner work. This class will give you the tools to help you overcome difficult emotions that can arise in daily life. This class presents a series of psychoeducational material as well as discussion of the material. Participants always remain anonymous for all who choose to discuss material.
