Service Description

This class forum is to help individuals struggling with trauma or know someone who is struggling with trauma. A licensed behavioral health professional will teach you about trauma and how to overcome it. This class will give you the tools to help you thrive after surviving a traumatic event. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of trauma. This class presents a series of psychoeducational material as well as discussion of the material. Participants always remain anonymous for all who choose to discuss material. Participation is not mandatory. A link will be available after completion of your booking.
